E-learning Allergen industry Dutch

Teach employees in production to deal with allergens correctly. This e-learning explains in an accessible way what an allergen is and what it is like to have a food allergy. Practical examples are used to explain what this means for daily activities and how allergens can be prevented from accidentally ending up in products. In addition, topics such as label information and cross-contamination are discussed. The e-learning is concluded with a test and certificate. 

The e-learning is suitable for production employees and operators working in the food industry.

The teaching material and test are done online, via the internet. The average time for completing the e-learning and taking the test is approximately 30 minutes.

The e-learning consists of 4 parts: 

• What is an Allergy?
• Allergens on the label
• Controlling allergens in production
• Final test with certificate (can be downloaded or printed as a PDF file)

This e-learning is also available in English and the Polish.

Explanation of ordering process

After receipt of payment we will send a separate e-mail with the login codes. If you choose to pay immediately, for example via Ideal or Bancontact, the second email with login codes will be sent a few moments after the order confirmation. This is an automated process and therefore also works outside office hours. With these login codes you can immediately start with the e-learning.
