Allergen management course catering and care
Training and e-learning
Comply with allergen legislation with our hospitality and care allergen management course.
Our course helps with NVWA inspections. The certificate obtained upon completion of this course can be shown to the inspector as proof that knowledge is available about allergens.
Due to the new European legislation, it is mandatory to provide reliable allergen information to customers and guests. Take it seriously and be well informed by the expert in this field.
The Allergen Management Hospitality and Care (Hospitality, Care and Crafts) course is intended for the hospitality industry, caterers, craft businesses, specialist shops, kitchen managers, chefs, sous chefs, managers of institutional kitchens and heads of nutrition.
For anyone who not only wants to know how to comply with the allergen legislation, but also how to give an extra dimension to hospitality.
The fourteen most important allergens and where you can encounter them are discussed. The legislation and a meaningful but practical interpretation of it are also explained with many examples. Everyone can get started right away with the step-by-step plan! Attention is also paid to food allergy, legal requirements (Regulation 1169/2011), raw material and ingredient information, preparation, automation, cleaning, cross-contamination, recipe management, labeling and communication; both internally and with guests.
Time: 09:30 AM - 16:00 PM
No time for a classroom training? Then follow our allergens e-learning.
