We perform allergen analyses on food products, rinse water, frying oil, or environmental samples (swabs).
In doing so, we use ELISA and PCR analyses, as well as advanced techniques such as LC-MS/MS and HPAEC-PAD.

For every request, we first assess the suitability of the analysis method for the specific question. This prevents unnecessary analyses and ensures results that are actually relevant.
In addition, we assist with the interpretation of analysis results in relation to risk.

Enter data for analysis

1. Take sample(s). 

Products or rinsing water: at least 200 grams of representative material.
Swabs (surfaces): 10x10 cm² with special swab set for ELISA or PCR analyzes (to be ordered separately).

2. In case of validation of the cleaning: also send the product before cleaning as a positive control.

This allows us to determine whether the product contains sufficient (measurable) allergen for meaningful validation. 
Send a product specification of this product by email or put it printed in the box. Based on this we calculate the correct dilution to be able to report a value (and not just larger than the upper limit of the measuring range).

3. Enter products and/or swabs using this form (above). A confirmation will be sent by email.

4. Ship the products and/or swabs

Pack the products well and add cooling elements if necessary.
Please include the printed confirmation email (possibly a product specification, see point 2) and send the package to ons.
For urgent requests, please ensure that we receive your samples on time (before 14:00 PM on weekdays). Reporting will then take 1 to 3 business days.
